How do I apply my KJM vinyl decal to my clothing or accessories?
Each order includes a detailed instruction card. For heat-transfer vinyl on fabric, you will need a standard household iron or heat press. For adhesive decals on hard surfaces, ensure the area is clean and dry before peeling the backing and smoothing the decal from the center outward.
Are your vinyl designs machine washable?
Yes, our high-quality vinyl is designed to withstand regular laundering. We recommend washing garments inside out in cold water and tumble drying on low heat or hanging to dry to ensure the longevity of the design.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard processing time for our custom decals is 3-5 business days. Once shipped, domestic delivery typically takes an additional 2-5 business days depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Can I request a custom design or size?
Absolutely! We love custom projects. Please contact our support team with your design idea, preferred dimensions, and color choices, and we will provide you with a personalized quote within 24 hours.
What is your return policy for personalized items?
Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on personalized decals unless they arrive damaged or defective. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item.
What surfaces are best for KJM Vinyl Decals?
Our adhesive vinyl works best on smooth, non-porous surfaces like glass, plastic, metal, and finished wood. Our heat-transfer vinyl is specifically formulated for cotton, polyester, and cotton/poly blends.
